Our Take
Total Visa offers an unsecured credit card for people with “less than perfect” credit. Cardmembers do not avail of the reward program and introductory ARP period. An annual fee is charged. New cardmembers incur account set up fee. This starter credit card reports credit to all 3 credit buraus and is perfect tool for those looking for build credit.
Purchase APR is slightly high while cash advances APR is moderate. Members are not allowed to conduct balance transfers. The card has Cash advances fee, too.
Few Total Visa credit card benefits exist including online account management and zero fraud liability. Those consumers who plan to stick to their budget will be able to effectively monitor the card account at any time round the clock. Zero fraud liability is applied to transactions that are not authorized by the card member.
